At Mrs Smith, we strive to provide you with the highest quality art publications and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy in line with Australian consumer laws which are, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are available for items purchased directly from our website, www.mrssmith.au
- To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Eligible items must be in their original condition, including any packaging, and must not have been used, damaged, or altered.
- We do not refund for change of mind.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Digital downloads and electronic publications.
- Customised or personalised art prints.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers - if you would like a refund from a retailer you will need to approach them directly and in line with their refund policy.

- In the email, include your full name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

4. Return Shipping
If your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on the circumstances, you will be offered an exchange to the same value.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
